Aurelight is a healing circle created by the disability community, for the disability community, where people who harm can learn the effects of their behaviours from people who experience domestic violence. Together, we can heal collectively.
Shining a light
We shine a light on domestic violence by facilitating groups where victims and those who harm can share their experiences safely.
Enabling healing
Sharing our stories together helps put a human face to violence, and encourages those who harm not to re-engage in harmful behaviours.
Integrating communities
By putting a human face to violence, we also re integrate people into the communities they desire to be a part of, safely and effectively.

Caicey created Aurelight to shed light on domestic violence in the disability community, believing there is a better way than restraining orders and jail.
